From Zibibbo grapes cultivated on the island of Pantelleria is obtained a highly sugary wort that after partial fermentation, is added to distilled wine. Rest for at least ten months in small oak barrels. The bottle aging it enhances the bouquet. Refined dessert wine (serving temperature 12 ° - 14 ° C) is ideal with dry cakes, chocolate cakes, jam tarts and ice cream (in this case served at 8 ° - 10 ° C)
